Autobacs has crossed the sea and entered China! Its first Chinese store opened in Shanghai. Automotive retail there is still dominated by small shops, so a large Autobacs stands out. A second Shanghai branch is planned for next year, and the country may gradually turn orange. The orange wave is also growing in Japan: Autobacs Itami in Hyogo and the used-parts shop Secondhand Market Hachioji Mejirodai are among the latest openings. The inventory and product quality are impressive—if you need anything, go to Autobacs!
Nissan’s NISMO “Expert Shops,” which offer serious tuning including S1 and R1 engines, are opening one after another. Nissan Prince Ibaraki’s Taga branch and Nissan Prince Tokyo’s Motorsports Office have been promoted from Sports Shops and now offer services worthy of the new designation. A national NISMO Expert Shop directory is also provided here—Nissan owners, take note.
