It has taken this long, but a gullwing conversion is planned soon! With a full Bomex kit and vinyl graphics, plus large-diameter chrome AVS Model 5 wheels, this Supra has all the makings of a head-turner in the American style. But that is not all: it has a distinctly Hokkaido kind of spirit. Perhaps the stock 280 horsepower was not enough, because they fitted a Venom nitrous-oxide system and charge down the long open roads with the throttle planted (or so we imagine). For summer, a major refresh is planned: gullwing doors and a different rear wing. Hokkaido summers are hot!
The vinyl design is the owner’s original work. The yellow body of this DC2 Integra is so bright that it might attract a bumblebee. It has a US-made Kaminari kit, dressed up with the owner’s own vinyl graphics. The design’s inspiration is unknown, but it is certainly distinctive. A stock Type R exhaust manifold and muffler complete the setup, giving it a free-flowing feel on the road.

For keeping the revs high, the large-diameter tachometer is indispensable. The 18-inch wheels
are made by Auto Meter. The boost gauge uses the advantage of the FR layout, with front and rear
boost gauges: Defi. The fire extinguisher is a privilege of the FR setup. The wheels are AVS
Model 5, selected in different front and rear sizes.
AVS “Model 5”—of course.
