This photo was taken during a run at a nearby harbor. It shows an ultra-long straight-line drift before the corner. By the time this magazine comes out, I’ll have sold the car. This is my final keepsake shot. That looks like a nice, open place. The long straight drift is pretty well executed, too. The photo is a little hard to read, so that’s why it’s in this rank… Keep at it! We’ll be waiting to see your next car.
Last time I was featured in “Smooth Drift,” but I’d like to move up a rank, so I’m sending a photo taken on a mountain pass. The spot is the first downhill corner at Maruchi Dam. My girlfriend took it again this time. Sorry… you didn’t move up a rank. That’s only judging the photograph, though (sorry to your girlfriend!), so don’t take it too hard. Getting featured in “Smooth” is an achievement in itself. Next time, you’ll move up!!

A dramatic run that sends the guys scattering!!
The next day, the police said, “We’ve been waiting for you,” and caught me for the extreme negative camber. I think this may be my last photo drifting with that setup.
We’re a newly formed team, but please…
I’m shy despite how I may look, so please say hello if you see me. This column has a woman driver almost every time. This entry also comes with a dynamic photo. Don’t let the men beat you, guys!!

This photo captures the Supra’s presence really well. You can feel both its power and speed in the shot.

This is a keepsake photo from before I sold the car. My AE86 was drifting with all the confidence in the world—a spotless, possibly all-time-great Hachiroku that couldn’t be beaten! Ha ha. I’m now drifting in an RX-7, so please say hello. You can tell from the photo how spotless it was. It seems a shame you had to sell it, doesn’t it?
