The result of an enormous investment of effort is this one-of-a-kind car: a Porsche-face, open-body FD wearing an AC987 original body kit. Its fully tuned engine produces more than 500 horsepower, yet the high-rigidity body and suspension take it in stride. It has the high road performance of what could be called a road-going racer. Wise Factory, familiar to readers of this magazine, then gave this FD an even more careful makeover. A white-pearl base with Soul Paint, revised body lines, and a new gull-wing system add a playful touch to this pure sports car. The result is an open coupe with a striking sport-luxury feel.
