The event took place at Seibuen. Manufacturer and shop booths were bustling like stalls at a festival. Its biggest distinction was displaying entries from the public in a multilevel garage. That gave a daytime event a dim, nighttime feel, making neon lights and other illuminated details stand out. TOYO Tire sponsored the event, so models Junko (left) and Tomoka (right) came along too.
