To mark the Japanese release, a group of enthusiasts formed “Team Underground” and set out on a street run to recreate scenes from the game. We followed the whole adventure!
It was supposed to be a cruise, but as they drove, everyone got caught up in the moment. Before long, an intense chase was underway.

Released last December, Need for Speed Underground became a huge hit and earned a Famitsu Hall of Fame honor. This Japanese special edition also includes vinyl designs by Art Factory.

The crew included members of what could be called “Team Underground.” Along for the drive were EA employee Yuy’s Celica and familiar cars featured in the game, including a newly wrapped machine and Distracction 65.
