Delivery is limited to addresses in Japan. Orders are generally shipped by courier or post within two weeks after payment clears. Items are sent in simple packaging; delivery-time requests cannot be accommodated. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you by phone or in writing. The shirt costs ¥3,500 including tax, plus ¥400 shipping. Please request returns or exchanges within one week of delivery. If an item is damaged in transit, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will replace it at our expense; return it with its packaging. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for: (1) items already used; (2) items damaged or soiled after delivery; (3) items received more than eight days ago; or (4) items altered or cleaned by the customer.
