Every wastegate is disassembled, precision-checked, and fitted with heat-resistant grease on moving parts. Three springs are included, covering 0.7–2.0 kg . An actuator lock is also included, so replacing the exhaust manifold lets you enjoy a full-turbo-style wastegate sound.
The exhaust manifold is machined for consistent dimensions and a clean finish.

The gate mount and exhaust outlet are TIG-welded for strength and a clean finish. The fittings use bands, so removal and reinstallation do not require replacing a gasket.
