I made everything from the air guide plate above the headlights to the air-cleaner enclosure out of corrugated plastic. It looked rough as-is, so I covered it with carbon-fiber sheet. It looks better and adds strength, so I'm glad I tried it!
You'd never know it was corrugated plastic from the finished quality. He must have made several paper templates to cut the complex shapes accurately. Very careful work…

A lot of people would be surprised to see this finished result!

It's hard to cool it down, which is a problem!
My EVC broke, so as an emergency measure I'm using an aquarium valve to adjust boost. It doesn't look great, but the cost-performance is excellent. If I push it too hard, boost can reach 0.9 bar, so I'm keeping it moderate.

The clutch fan was getting in the way, so I removed it along with the shroud and switched to an electric fan. But it wouldn't cool properly, so I put the clutch fan back on. Even with this setup, after two or three laps the temperature goes over 100°C. I learned firsthand how important the shroud is!
It's clever how he routes the plumbing and positions the aquarium valve while still using the filter. You can see it behind…

After that, it still wouldn't cool enough, so he attached something to the hood…

He put washers at the base and raised the fan, and it apparently cools much better now.

I put a stock GDB water tank in the trunk and spray water at four points on the radiator. The tank holds 12 liters, so it easily lasts around 15 minutes! Even in city driving, the air-conditioning now works incredibly well. I can't do without it anymore!

I analyzed Defi temperature and pressure sensors and combined them with a circuit board to build my own gauges. They display cabin temperature, oil pressure, and fuel pressure. I made full use of what I learned about computers at university! But pressure fluctuates a lot, so the numbers are hard to read; I plan to switch to bar graphs.

Even with a tank this huge, the S14 can only carry one tire in the trunk anyway, so apparently carrying tires isn't a problem. The GDB tank…

…the tank has a level sensor, so it can turn on a warning light when it runs out of water.
The display could use a little refinement, but showing lots of information on a single LCD is a smart idea…
