If using a mobile phone number, write it accurately (example: 030*******). For a pager, write “pager” after the number. Leave the phone number blank if you do not want it published. Applications are invalid if information is omitted or unclear, or if the application date or applicant’s signature/seal is missing. Submit by mail in an envelope. Included photos will be assessed before publication. We cannot accept corrections after submission or answer questions about publication timing. If applications are numerous, entries will be selected by lottery. Buyers and sellers handle negotiations, payment, and exchange arrangements between themselves; the editorial department cannot mediate disputes or accept responsibility.
