The engine has 66-degree intake and exhaust cams and reinforced valve springs for high-rpm use. The injectors have also been upgraded to four 720 cc units. A TD06-25G turbo runs around 1.5 kg/cm² of boost and produces 430 hp. An OS triple-plate clutch handles the power, making it durable enough for quarter-mile racing.
The engine is a modified 1.9-liter CA18DET. The engine itself uses Tomei 84 mm pistons…

The standard TD06 tune
A TD07G turbo runs up to about 1.3 kg/cm² of boost and produces 340 hp. Fueling uses a GT-R pump and four upgraded 550 cc injectors. The intercooler is by Trust and the clutch is an OS twin-plate. Though this is a conventional turbo-swap setup, it still turns in an impressive time.
