The stock VVT-i is known for strong torque, but with only a little tuning it produces about 320 PS; getting more power is quite difficult. So we use a high-output GT3037S turbo that works from low rpm and change the exhaust cam to 256 degrees, producing 450 PS and 67 kg·m of torque. The stock automatic transmission is fine as long as you do not drive it hard in events such as the quarter-mile. We often see owners who want to tune automatic cars; many prefer a top-speed setup or a tune that prioritizes comfort.
